This eco-friendly tiny house was built in an extraordinary way. This house is designed and built using a so-called Zome. That means nothing to me, you’re probably thinking! Therefore a short description. A zome is a building that uses different geometries than a standard house or other building, usually consisting of one or a series of rectangular boxes.
To preserve its environmental impact, the Zome is designed to reduce its carbon footprint as much as possible. The water supply is provided by a battery-powered pump system. The electricity comes from a solar panel and the toilets are dry. In short, everything is done to make it an eco-friendly tiny house!
The Zome’s enveloping all-wood structure is open to the stars at the top thanks to the 6-branched rose window. This allows you to step back and become one with the nature around you. In terms of interior design, this tiny house is also beautiful! It is very tastefully decorated. The bathroom looks very luxurious thanks to the gold touches.
It just goes to show that being environmentally friendly does not have to be ugly or boring at all!
