It’s bizarre how much work has been done on this house, nothing was left untouched. All the walls were softened from moisture caused by a leak in the roof. The house was actually in too bad of a shape to fix up, but they still decided to do it. In the end, the man had to take out an extra loan because the renovation turned out more expensive than planned.
This was due to, among other things, the fact that the roof was full of asbestos and had to be cleared by a specialized company. He also opted to insulate everything properly to save on gas and electricity costs. This may be a big investment in the beginning, but in the long run, you will make an easy profit.
Judging from the first pictures of this house, you wouldn’t really want to live in it, but seeing the end results now, it’s truly unbelievable what this man turned this house into. We think this project was a huge success.
